This is a simple black line drawing on a blue background. It shows a metal showerhead close up at the top of the picture. It appears as though it might be attached to the ceiling, though you can't know for sure. There is a copious amount of water spewing out of it. The water is depicted as straight broken lines, three or so coming out of each of the nozzle heads on the underside of the showerhead. You could imagine the water being under some pressure and those standing under it would be absolutely deluged by it.
